You retain all rights to the content generated by Fonzy AI for your specific account. Once published to your CMS, you own the copyright to the articles. However, you grant Fonzy AI a license to use anonymized data regarding the performance of this content to improve our AI models.

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
